I have had the same problem. I am new here and thought it was something I was doing but maybe not.

well anyway, i was trying to ask you guys about a really cheap amp. my freind is too stubborn to spend any more than 100 bucks on his amp, he has (2) 4 ohm subs 400rms a peice, they are decent. but he didnt think about the fact that he needed an amp for them, so i cant cen him to spend more than 100 bucks, any ideas? i guess we need 600-800rms x1 @ 2 ohms or 300-400rms x2 @ 4ohms imm at a loss, even profile is to much for him

Well you don't NEED 400w a piece. My advice is to look on eBay for deals on mono amps that put out max power @ 2 ohms. eBay is a cheap man's best friend, never forget that.

yea i looked, the only way he could get anything half decent would be used, and yes i know he doesnt need 800, but im figuring 300 a peice would be good
