Go to Harbor Freight, pickup a Impact Screw Driver

Put impact driver on screw holes, smack with big hammer.

Eh...Ive reconed more than a few times, and Ive seen people get all kinds of shavings in the gap...

Thats why i use bolts now to bolt baskets on.
