I've been TRYING to take out tha screws.. & when I try.. I put TONS of pressure on top of tha drill & it strips out tha screw..

Make sure you use a #3 bit, also... put you drill's torque setting on 1 (slower, more torque...)
Sit the motor/basket on the floor... put ALL of your weight on the drill... and go for it.
Hell, I've taken MANY apart with a screwdriver and elbow grease...
