i just finished installing my door and rear pillar speakers; their powered by an orion 4004. I've got also got an AA 12" ava off of an orion 1200d. headunit is a Clarion DXZ945MP.
Headunit comes on just fine, but i can't control any of the output from the speakers (Except by turning the gain up and down on the amp), and i've lost my sub output. both amps are receiving 12volts power, are properly grounded, recieving power from the remote turn on, high quality RCA's being used, but.
The speakers stay at an average volume (maybe 70%), and it's really ****ing annoying.
I think it MAY be a problem with either the headunit itself, or maybe the RCA's.
The stock radio wiring harness was cut out when i got the truck, so the headunit is hardwired in their. I've got everything hooked up right (i'm almost positive at least), but if anyone has a link that says what each color wire is in the OEM radio harness of a 2000 chevrolet silverado is, i'd GREAT appreciate it.
thanks
