I've tried, but when I get into it the phone just rings for 12-15 minutes with nobody answering after I do the "remove or add something to the order."

did you try calling during business hours? I called and spoke with them when I wanted to change my order. If all else fails just keep hitting Zero, # or * until you get a live voice. I hate automated phone systems

IMO its a pain to reach them. i had a lot better response by emailing them.
