hi everyone! well coincidentally enough, the day i joined this cafe is when i had a problem that i would like to ask opinions about.
now its about a sale i made with another buyer overseas. its for an electronic product valued at over $400.00. now, im not here to debate the rights and wrongs. as a seller, i know im responsible for my products that i sell and take responsibility for them but i wanted to get some fresh views. it was sold on ebay and sent by courier with insurance and a tracking number. now the item was TOTALLY new and was sent as promised with ALL accessories and such that was supposed to come with it. i never even charged it up because i wanted to leave it in new condition and the film protecting the lcd screen is still on it even. it was bought by me NEW and not a refurb or anything like that. however, i think i got a bad apple out of the bunch. i regret not testing it myself before i sent it. i assumed it would work being new and all. but the person that got it, says the lcd screen is messed. i believe him so there is no arguement there. he took pics of it and showed my VERY SOON after he got it. like a day or whatever.
anyway, this player does have worldwide warranty and customer service. but i still regret him getting a bad apple. what should i do since he lives in the U.S and i live overseas??? im from the states but am over here for a short time. what are some options i could look at? i want to help as much as possible. but im scared if i send the money back, he may not send the player. that is he even wants to get a refund.
