Can the old school RF Power 650 be modded to run in 2ohm stereo?

I have a pair of CompVR dvcs, 2 ohm per coil, this amp puts out 325rms in 2ch mode at 4 ohm, probably underrated too, could it handle running each sub wired in parallel or could it be modded to do so? I'm sending it off to dbr for repair, just thought I'd ask about that before I shipped it. Would I be better off selling this thing after its repaired for something newer or are these still kick *** amps? I nearly forgot I had the thing. It's sat for the last 6 years or so.

That would be a question to ask them before they fix it, but If I remember correctly, you could run those amps pretty low as long as you could supply the current.

Sweet, it seems that most decent quality amps anymore are 2 ohm stable in stereo so hopefully this one can handle that also, but if not maybe it can be modded to do so. I guess I'll just ask when I get it repaired.
