Someone the other day in a random post told me my Brutus 1700 doesn't push enough to power my two SA-12 D4s (600RMS)

They are wired down to 1ohm, Brutus pushes 1700 at 1 ohm,

/thoughts?

You are fine. They may be able to take more power, depending on your application, but never will under powering a sub cause damage.

Way enough power for a pair of 600 watt subs...yea, they may take more, but you are in their comfort zone with the BRZ1700. You would not notice much more by ear of you ran a Hiifonics BRZ2100.1, all else being equal...so tell the noobs to stuff it.
