Can I have your advice?

I have 2 12L7s with a MTX 1501d amp does'nt sound to bad. I have a guy selling a JL Audio 12w7 in a high output box powerd up by a JL 1000.1. Selling it for $600 should I stay with what I got or take advantage of that JL system? I read these forums freaquently and get alot of great info. Hope you can help. Thanks.

while JL stuff is awesome, you'd loose output...but if you want more SQ and less SQL, then yes, a good buy.

Thanks for the advice. I found out that he wanted $600 just for the sub and box. I thought the amp was included. I just don't see paying 600 for a single sub. Not even JL Audio. Yea, I new that deal sounded kinda to good to be true. You give some good advice to these guys on here and I have used some of it myself, I do appreciate it. I don't really talk too much on here I just read and learn from all of everyones experience. Best advice I have used was some one bragging on his MTX 1501d mono amp and I was looking for something to push my new L7s. So I went out and found one here in Houston for a decent price and WOW. I was inpressed. I was'nt really a big MTX fan but that 1501d does make them subs sound great. O well I am babbling on, Thanks again man. Keep up the good advice. ROCK ON !!!
