can i achieve 1ohm with this setup?

theres no such thing as series paralell. theres series, and then theres paralell.
i think he means some of the subs ran in series, and some run in paralell= series paralell.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

2.5 ohms????//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/eyebrow.gif.fe2c18d8720fe8c7eaed347b21ea05a5.gif
Knockoff KX 400.1??

Ha, the irony

no. not a knockoff. when i put the meter on it, it settled at 2.5 -- this was with 2 12" Kicker comp c12 SVC

thats what im leaning towards. im hoping each sub can handle 250 im trying to get into the 1,000 watt area. never been that high before.

A dual 4 can make a 2 ohm load, and 2 dual 4's can make a 1 ohm load and 4 dual 4's can make a .5 ohm load. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gif
oh wait i mis read it, i thought u said 2 dual 4s = 2ohm

get another kicker amp, and run 2 subs off one at 2ohm, and the other the same.you will have 200+rms to each sub that way.
YOU CAN'T DO THAT... with TWO Dual4ohm subs on each amp.

NOW, to the ORIGINAL POSTER... you said you have SVC4ohm subs? Which is it, DVC or SVC 4ohm.
