Can anyone recommend me a budget Class-D amp to power a single SA-12D2 sub?

The ESX brand is marketed in Europe these days. Stephen Mantz mentioned them to me a couple years back as rock solid.... apparently they have some relation to Maxxsonics, but I can't recall the details. Would be worth looking into.

How much are they in Europe? I thought they may be a little closer to his price range since he doesn't need it shipped over seas.

Cheapest I found was about $420 for the Quota II off Blade Ice (UK)

Ive checked these and they look great but a bit expensive.

I personally dont cheap out when it comes to amps, buy a used SAZ1500D @ $325 on the classifieds here.

I completely agree, but in the sub-$200 range, Maxxonics is tough to beat for reliable output.

you can get the OG quotta (black) for 250 bucks from wooferwarehouse. they have a vendor section on carsterioclassifieds.org where u can find a dealer close to you.

Thanks for all your suggestions but I live in Malta in Europe so either shipping is too expensive or unavailable. European brands that I can find there are brands such as Hertz, DLS and Focal. Most of the amps mentioned so far i'd have to purchase from eBay off a US seller. Earlier Vibe Audio was mentioned, but they dont have such a good reputation here.

Its not too expensive to ship from usa to eu, its just a lengthy wait. Low-declared value and things go fine
