Im gonna be trying a 4th order bandpass. Its going to have a few less variables to test than a 6th order.

Heres the sketch I did of the back wall, just to give a visual of what I think it will look like.

edit: That middle part is 5-6 inches of mdf.

i agree...u will only have 1 port to deal with...being that u plan on having a movable wall...i'm assuming u want to go from a spl buox to a more musical box for bass racing...am i correct

I havent really decided if I was going to bass race or not.

At one point I actually thought of just doing bass race and having an obscene amount of subs in it.

Ill put up some diagrams of possible box designs later

with a back wall of that caliber, it has to be moveable to find the correct depth/tuning. once he finds the spot, he can secure it.
