Calling Mustang Owners with Subs. Need Help!

Ok, Im looking to get a system thrown into my mustang within the next week or two. I drive a 1988 Hatchback Mustang GT. My car is currently stored and I can't grab the dimensions for the car, but I have two great deals pending.

#1-What will fit in the hatch without any customization?

#2-What size subs and how many do all you run?

I want the best bang I can get, but it seems like I'll struggle even fitting a pair of 10's.

Good tens can sound better than bad 15s, trust me, I've compared my bad 15s to my neighbors good 10s.

Subs go down to 8 inches in diameter, you could fit those.

We would need a good idea of the space you have, what deals you have, your budget, anything. Just saying "I have car X and I want subs & stuff!" usually doesn't get you anywhere.

Just for reference, I'm replacing my 2 15 inch subs, with 2 12 inch subs in the near future, and I'm expecting a HUGE increase in output.

I've got a 2000 mustang, and my brother has a 2002 mustang GT. They have very similar trunk dimensions. His has the Mach 1000 system in it. Two 10" subs in the sides, facing each other. They fit very easily. Are you planning on sealed or ported enclosures? I will soon be putting in a 12" Adire Koda in mine, and don't expect any problems.
