Calling all ricer/import/tuner/turbo people..

Drove it today. It's a blast to drive. Took it to archer racing and everything checked out good. When the turbo spools there is no getting traction. On the hiway punched it in 3rd at 60 and tires just roasted. Need to figure out some way to get traction cuz that might start to get annoying.

Take it to a car wash to make sure the doors and trunk dont leak too.

dont punch it as hard!! lol, j/k.... you might want to look at different rim/tire options for more traction... and i cant remember from the posting, but i think he installed a pretty agressive clutch too, right?

Yessir. That took some getting used to. Especially going to that after 8 yrs of an auto.

Really dont like coming to a stop, or starting on hills.. Im sure I looked like a jackass today stopped at a red on a steep *** hill , hoppin forward chirpin tires lol

car was 1400 engine was a mad cheap hook up from a friend selliing a car and wanting my stock engine

would have been faster and cheaper in a DSM....would have broke down eventually though...haha

Still a blast to drive and have fun with though.

We build a 1991 Galant VR4 back in the day. 2.0 turbo awd.. DSM motor(eclipse/talon/laser motor). Was a blast last dyno was 537 awhp but a wall at gateway ended its days.
