to some , yep, to me , nope

To me a ricer is something that brands a car as something other than it is.. Crazy aftermarket parts, and accessories that do nothing for the actual performance of the car .. Rice to me is in the looks..

TO others.. ANYthing thats not an american brand, or has a turbo is rice

My neighbor is in a SRT-4 car club around here. He is always having some kind of problem with his. They just are not reliable. Maybe have it as a play toy for a nice track day, but not a daily drive only transport ride
