These subs are monsters. I bought two to run off my Cadence C65 getting 600 watts each. First off when I took them out of their boxes they were heavy. They are built very well and should last many years. I could barely move the cone area when testing how tight they were and I'm 6'5 and 280 pounds so I am a big boy lol. So they may take longer to break in for some people then others. After I installed them I figured I would try a album I have listened to over and over so I chose G'n'Rs Appetite for Destruction. Not to much bass but I was familiar with the sounds. And I will say I was in awe. I felt the kick drum really come alive. The sound was not over powering my Polk MM components in anyway but complimented them very well. I then went to Jackyl's Best in Show and holy cow they really boomed to life. I must say they had it all over my Treo RSX 12.22 they replaced. I will only use Cadence for my amp, sub, and possibly speaker needs from now on. I will be trying their components next but they have a tall order to fill living up to my Polk MM's. But these are by far the best subs I have heard and they aren't even the top of the line so if you need great subs at a amazing price these are them.
