Sold Cadence Q4000 4 channel amplifier

For sale is a custom painted Cadence q4000 4 channel amplifier. The amplifier cover was only painted white because i thought the stock orange color was ugly, and in my install i never even ended up using the cover as it looks much better without it. The top is tinted plexi glass and u can see the internals and orange LED's inside the amp it looks pretty sweet. Check my gallery for pics, ill have current pics later on because i am out of town currently and will be back on wensday. The amplifier is rated for 60 watts per channel at 4 ohms and 100 watts per channel at 2 ohms. I am selling because i am going to drop the power on the horns and increase the power on the mids by using seperate amplifiers. Amplifier is in perfect condition cosmetically and mechanically. Do you know if the rear channels can be bridged into 2 ohm while running the front channels at 4 ohm? If so what is the ouput on the bridged rear channel?

i dont believe u can this amplifier in 2 ohms bridged mode, it wil probably just go straight into protect. u bridge at a 4 ohm load and it wil put out 200 watts.

Is that 200w x 2 or 1? Im looking to power front comps with front 2 channels and rear two going to a koda8 which needs 150w.

that would work perfect. The amp will put out 200 watts when bridged at 4 ohms. So basically u would use the front 2 channels to the components then use the rear 2 channels bridged to the koda.

bump for a nice amp, had one for maybe 6 months running my ID CXS62's bi-amped and for the price its hard to beat, unless you get an excelent deal on a zeus zx6400 =)
