I have these and they sound GREAT. I got em for $125 shipped, though. These things are massive, and the build quality is second to none. They have a great midbass, and the tweeters sound phenomenal as well. They cover a very nice range and blend in perfectly with my subs since they go so low without distorting. I have them wired to an amp with 125W @ 4 ohms and probably wouldn't go higher though. They over-rated that speaker by a bit, IMO, but it's still very nice sounding and I haven't gotten it to distort yet.
As a side note, the grilles that come with it hide everything very nicely, but it would probably be cool if you had them with a 350Z, as that logo covering the mid and tweet looks similar.

Well...I don't have a way to measure the decibels, but loud is something they can definetally do.
