cactus pf600.1

Yep - both meters on peak hold is not an accurate power measurement.

If they are both true RMS meters you can do as suggested earlier and wait until both meters level off (not on peak hold) and use those figures. Since voltage and current do not peak at the same time you are getting measurements from two different times - not getting how much power was actually delivered at any one time.

Even then its not entirely accurate, per-se, but that is how most people do it and you can compare results that way.

its just how usaci is. they go by power so naturally people find an edge. dbdrag is the same way but with subs. over built subs to take tons of power! either way it comes down to vehicle and box. useless arguement on either side.

correct still not precise so you have 2 ways of doing it this still doesnt account for the fact that its as strong as some of the bigger amps out there

a z2 in my s10 unmanned did 160.5 the cactus is 1 db off of that.

yall dont like the way i did it but the tl is the main unit of measurement most of us use because its th only that matters in the lanes.

Yeh i mean both orgs everyone wants to win.

DB drag has guys using the cactus batt with 4 40.1s off it in lowest class and still doing nice numbers.

And USACI has amps that have a good 4ohm rating to be used in its lowest class for good results.

And dont get me started on MECA and their "fuse banks" haha, basically if theirs a way to win that exploits the rules to the fullest someone will find it.

72 hertzzzz

correct 161 on 22k watts thats 3 rd audio 9.0 at finals so im getting ready to add 3 more of them amps and double power that will be right at 40k ill keep you informed on what it does exactly

If you are comparing all the amps in your setup all with the same woofers wired at the same load your measurement is still useful to compare amps to each other for your vehicle - that is why you are seeing TL numbers that roughly correspond with your power difference //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

But a double peak hold measurement will always yield an artificially high number. If you want to compare to what other people are getting just watch both meters not on peak hold once it levels off.
