Today I started on a box for my mtx9512-44's. I got some who lives in my building to help me. He only looked at the pic and not the cut sheet so my box won't fit because of the tire well. To make a short we had to mod the box, so he takes a section out that is 6x6x40 which brings it from 6.1 to 5.27 how would this affect the port

Im worried about the chunk missing because it runs along the entire length of the box and reduces the port dia from 7.5 in to about 4.

Well that just f-ed your box up. Make a new one. Make sure it will fit.

I can check the dimensions for you and tell you what it is tuned to. But this would require all of the dimensions. Of the box and port. Even detailed dimensions of the missing section...

the dia at the front of the port is 7.5 then it ends at 4
