hmmmm... interesting. i love my rsd's but idk if they can compete with a $500 set. i have never heard and expensive set so. they might compare but i really honestly don't know. i'll be watching.

I certainly don't have the knowledge or experience that most others here do, but after listening to the aforementioned $500+ comp sets, I do think the RSd's could hang... Or maybe my ears just **** and I can't hear any major differences in the quality of sound.
I really did like those SR's though

where are people getting these speakers for $79?
Oh... a suggestion.. Don't tell your friends what speakers they are listening to... If it is possible for them not to know that is... Less bias that way...
