bypassing amp?

I have a 92 Mustang with the premium sound ( 6 speakers and amp). I want to bypass the stock amp and run the 5x7s and the 6.5s with a 4 channel amp and run the 3.5s off of the head unit. I am guessing right now I just have my head unit plugged into the stock amp. How do I go about doing this?

LOC = line/level output converter. It turns your speaker wires into a better sounding signal to run to your amp, then you plug the rca cords into the loc and plug them into your amp. You can get crappy ones at walmart for about 10 bucks, or you can get really nice ones for about 30 bucks at a car audio shop.

Id also splice the line output converter into the wires by your amp in the trunk, it make it easiest id think.

I was planning on getting this amp to run the bigger speakers. 50 watts per speaker should be pretty good. Or is there another amp out there that is better? I want to run between 50-75 watts or maybe a little more because the Infinity Kappas can handle it.
