Buzzing sound, I need your help!

Hello everyone, I need your knowledge. If there is someone that can help me, it's you.

I recently upgraded my HU. Works really well but when I turn my lights on, headlights or parking lights, the unit dims and then it starts to make a buzzing sound coming from the speakers. If I increase volume, the buzzing don't increase. Is always at same volume. During day, no problem whatsoever. Amazing sound without any buzzing or noise coming from the speakers. What do you recommend me to do? I'm going to post a video with the issue later.

Any help? I have news. Without head unit plugged in, or turned off, the buzzing noise is still there, but much lower. My guess is that since the new head unit has amp, it increases noise volume. What do you recommend me to do?
