buzzing problem

I just got home from work and I go to check out what this odd noise is. I hear this weird buzzing noise coming from the tweeters. I check my sub and I can feel it moving but it's not moving alot. I check the ground on both amps and they're fine. I switched one of them to the actual battery and it's still bad. I have my car on and it makes it, once I start the car it gets worse. It makes a noise when I hit the brake or accelerate. anyone have an idea of what might be wrong? maybe the HU or one of the amps? I just bought the HU brand new recently
