Buying a New sub, whats louder than CVX?

SSA Gcons are up to 239..thats def out of budget...havent found a XFL price yet and the skar VVX for some reason doesnt excite me..idk doesnt look like a car rattling sub. looks a lil too SQ friendly...idk might just be me. Ive looked at the Obsidian audio subs before and the only thing that got me..was that the OA 12 box i have would be 1cu ft bigger than recommended. and idk if this makes too much of a diff to ear..but the sensitivity is a lil lower than the CVX. I heard Xmax matters in Sealed enclosures and sensitivity matters in vented enclosures...correct me if they are wrong
also it seems the Obsidian audio is the most wallet friendly. always a plus.

Why is it no one would go with the Audiopipes? ive looked at specs and they got me hooked...plus i can get one for 128 a TXXBF12 free shipping. thats not a bad price but seems its a bad sub?? idk i just need a major overhaul of the sub i have now. id hate to get something that is marginally close or sounds exactly the same as my CVX in terms of loudness in the same box
VVX subs are really designed around those who want that extra deep bass. It should kill anything in the 20-40hz in the right box. You'll sacrifice some >50hz output though. I've heard some negative things about customer service, but I don't know how legitimate the complaints are. There's always two sides to a story.

so basically by switching to a diff sub only i wont see a big gain in loudness with everything else being the same? thats a huge bummer. i heard the cvx wasnt all that great compared to other subs. at that price. so this is my question

If a kicker comp had 500w of power in a 3 cu ft box...and then you switched the subs out to a SSA GCON in the same box and the same power..the loudness wont change much? if thats the case..then i didnt know the enclosure made up THAT much of the loudness...i knew it was at least 75% but thats crazy to me

thats what i want. low bass basically. In the right box? you think the one i have now is right? 3cu ft?? or too big?

Hopefully closer to 30. 35 won't be bad, but based on you're saying, 30 would be better for you. I'm assuming nobody has any serious objections to my recommendation, because everyone else stopped commenting. lol

this is the best way for me to explain it to you...if you ever get the chance... listen to this song by drake its called "The motto" my sub in that box doesnt even hit the first high notes...but those low bass notes afterwards it hits loud as heck!!
