Buying a barebone comp off newegg

This is the one im looking at. Ive worked on comps with my buddy, but ive never done anything without his help. Now hes moved and i dont know what im looking at or looking for.

So if i got this comp what would i need to add? It looks like it needed ram and a dvd burner.

Is that it? Or is my blind *** missing somthin?

anything you would recommend?

Im not going to be doing anything crazy. I dont game on my comp since i got my 360. I might hook it up to my tv here and there. Thats really about it.

Any particular brands to shy away from?

Edit: And i have a copy of xp allready

oddly enough i am building one right now for a friend

he wants cheap, but it depends on your budget

this is what i am getting him:

ram

cpu

i have a spare 160gb hard drive i am throwing in it and he is going to use onboard video

if i were building it for myself i would step up from the celeron cpu to the e2180 for an extra $20 though

yep, that will all work together. only other thing i would recommend is maybe upgrading to 4gb ram in case you want to switch to vista or another 64bit OS later on

4gb isnt needed to run vista, but it will run smoother with 4gb

4gb is only about $38 shipped
