buying 2 new 12" subs need help

How much power are you planning to run?

i dont know anything about power so could you give me like a little info on ohms and if i buy like a 1000W amp then can i power both 12" with 1000W or does it split 500W and 500W

get the deck first, then get a good set of speakers. worry about the subs last.
