since adio is from another state, heres the deal. i need to get a new whip soon, the thing is i live down here in dc and i still have my pennsylvania licensce. how much extra would it cost me to buy a car here in dc, VA or maryland? i mean outright pay everything with cash in one payment?

i live in missouri buy everything in missouri and have a missouri id

but i use my illinios house to get plates and the title and everything in

never costs me any extra

actually saves me money since il has no personal property tax
