dont u just hate fast people ?

Mean like... I make an order to place 3 cisco core switches in my 150 user network (bussiness) at night, he comes at clear day and says that users will not notice it. That moment the whole network goes down couz he made a small mistake answering "I´m sorry, it will only take 3 hours...".

So, those 3 hours became 7 hours downtime... this was yesterday.

Today I called the company to send someone over, same person comes in my lunchbreak and is gone again before i am back and a message is left behind that he tested everything and that all is okay now....

AGAIN IT IS NOT, 5 more hours of downtime is here, now he comes again in some minutes while i already solved the whole freaking problem, he placed the cable in the wrong hole !!!

i went from 3.4 minutes downtime in a year to 12 hours + simply couz a guy thats here for 200$ an hour cannot place a cable....

makes me burn inside!

I know it all too well. It's the precursor to the hellish unlease of noxious gases. I get it often.
