could you set me up a measured blue print for a ported box? any normal/slightly big size....

No, I doubt screws would work, and it would look like ***. You need to cut all the sides with a 45 so there are no edges and attatch them with some kind of clear drying epoxy.

And I doubt its going to make a HUGE difference over MDF. It will look cool though, but being bulletproof has nothing to do with sound...

I assume everyone wants to know how it sound after i finish my project huh?
when i finish the box i will post up wether it pounds harder or not, im pretty sure it will though its bullet proof glass dude, no dumb mdf can take a bullet for you now can it =-)

Im not all that picky about the look just the performance,

im just gunna use as little screws and make it look as neat as possible, i can do it well, im a carpender.

ill sell all my extra to ya, i have alot, but its heavy and kinda expensive stuff...lol

look on ebay for bulletproof glass its like 30 bucks a square foot lol

better equipment?....lol b proof beats mdf anyday, im pretty confedent, we'll all find out when i finish it,

and if it sounds shitty, ill let you all know, i dont wanna waiste anybodies time lol.

i mean better equipment as in subwoofers, and how do you know that "b proof" beats mdf?

just because it can stop a bullet doesnt mean its optimal for use in a speaker cabinet

what i mean by it stoping bullets is its HIGH DENSITY, and much more DENCE AND STRONG then mdf, im confedent it will perform well.
