9 days ago I ordered a H/U off etronics. I was sent an email the next day giving me my order number and telling me how I could check up on my order. I was told that the product would ship within 24 hours of the order. So the next day i went to check up on it. I entered my order # and i was taken to a page that that said "sorry we cannot find your order"

I emediatly emailed service to inform them. I have been checking abck at the site everyday and my order still cannot be found. I have been also sending emails every single day asking whats the story. And now 7 days later after 6 emails to all 3 customer service address i have heard no reply. What do I do? No one will respond to me.

There is an 800 number that i called but the only thing it does is give u your package number when you input your order number. I did this and the machine said that my order was sent on the 3rd of september yet i didnt order the H/U until the 12th. And then even so i went to the site with the package tracking number and everytime got page cannot be displayed.

What is the b/s?!!! Anyone know what I can do? Why the hel dont they respond to my emails?!?!?!

Only thing you can really do is keep trying to contact them. I highly doubt they are doing this on purpose they I have ordered a few things form them and they have alwasy been good about everything and got my my packages in 2-3 days.

Get ahold of customer service by calling them, not by checking on the shippment...

they probably get a million emails a day, if you want service you have to call. try both their customer service and their sales number. both numbers are in the top right corner of the main page. dont flip out, they aren't going to rip you off. etronics is slow, especially if you order more then one thing at a time. Just call them and tell them your problem.

Do you have any idea how many sales Etronics does in a day? Look at how many products they have on their site, it's ridiculous. It's literally impossible for them to reply to every single query in a timely manner. Instead of complaining about it on here, you should have looked around on their website to see that they have more than an 800 number as a means of contacting them.

yeah man seriously its not hard to pick up a phone.. Ive ordered from etonics.com a ton of times and emailed them when i wanted to return something and they replied everytime and everything went smoothly

If all else fails and you put the order on plastic, call your credit card company.
