bulding a sub

just had a thought.

i have a tc-9 motor taht came from a 15" rl-p. how hard would it be to have it remade into some sort of custom 8" sub? how much would something like this cost? what all plays into how much the sub will handle?

can't do it. The motor is wider than the cutout of the 8" basket. Even then finding a spider that is about 6.5" in diameter that has a tall enough roll on it for the 3" coil to move effectively is going to be hard if you even find one.

More plays into it than you know. I don't suggest it.
