Built new box, now amp won't work

I just built a new ported box for my L7's switching from a small sealed box it used to be in and it worked for the first day. I wired it the same way I had it before and it was much louder so i turned down the amp. The next day the amp would only go into protect mode. It would trun on for less that a minute occasionally throughout the day but now doesn't work at all. Any ideas why this would happen? Thanks

did you wire the sub wrong? you could be throwing it a load it cant take.

also check the ground.

Get a gun.

Go to Virginia Tech.

Up the body count. See if you can surpass the body count by the last dickhead who went on a shooting spree...

check your wiring, you may have think you wired it the same but you might want to check again.
