Built in video recording?

Is there any headunits that can record video? I suppose if it has a video out feed you could send an image to a recorder.

I think it would be kinda neat to have built in video and/or audio recording so you could record traffic stops and what not. You could use some pin hole cameras mounted around the door and a backup camera in the back. Put a microphone in the headliner next to the drivers and passenger side windows.
