Im going to be building a fiberglassed box for 2 15 brahmas. later on the brahmas will most likeley be replaced with 2 of the new RE subs. currently im having trouble figuring out where to place the subs. before i go into this to much more let me describe my car to you.

that black circle in this pic is where the spare tire well is it dips down and is about 2.5^3ft
the blue carpet is covering where the spare tire goes. i dont have the carpet in my car anymore
its a hatch back. and has no spare tire in the tire well in the center of the rear hatch area. the back area resembles a "T" (upside down if your looking at it from the back) with the spare tire well in the center of the "T" now where my back seats end there used to be a plastic peice that covered up the hatch area from inside the car. (picture a normal car with a trunk the peice that usuall houses a set of 6x9s that peice is removable so its all opened up now.
now my idea was to put 2 15s in the area where the plastic peice was that closed off the hatch area to the rest of the car. however the 15 is about 1/2in to big to sit flush with the back of the rear seat. i was thinking of raising it above the rear seat or somehow fittin the subs in that area. so when i do the switch to the RE sub i have the mounting depth i need.
the only other way i can think of to get the subs to fit is to put them in the back corners of the car. (in each end of the top of the "T")
so whats everyone opinion on this. i can either put the subs up behind the rear seat(well tey to atleast)or in the rear of the car near the tail lights firing opposite the tail light and make an amp rack that is level with the rear seats. or ditch the 15s and go with 2 12s (100% posotive 12s will fit behind the seat.) i dont need any of the space in the rear so thats not an issue at all.
