Building first box. This ok?

I've been into car audio since i was 15 now im 19 and i am just sick of buying prebuilt boxes that are not for my subs.

I have 2 10" RE SE '08 and a rockford fosgate punch 500.2 amp. the amp is temp. until i can afford a 1208 brutus. I am in the middle of building a ported box for them. RE's website says optimal 1.25Feet^3@34Hz so i was looking for box plans already made and i found this one. It is 2.5Feet^3@32Hz. Will this be ok for these subs? ill get some pics once i get home later tonight, the box is like 60% done. i am just making sure it is sealed great so no air can get out(obviously except for the port lol). and is it ok that is it 32Hz instead of 34? what is the difference?

You should be fine with those plans.

the lower tuning just means it will play lower. I've tuned SE's to 32hz before and they sounded great.

What I meant by "looks fine in software" is that they will sound great.

i finished the glueing/screwing the box together tonight! tomorrow morning i am going to check for little cracks that might need to be filled in. i will post up pictures tomorrow once i fit the RE's in. it was raining tonight so i didnt get to take any. i think it looks great being my first box! how much does carpet usually run??

go 33hz if you want. 1-2hz, you won't really notice the difference.

Put subs in today and tested it out. Man is it LOUD compared to the sealed box they were in before. It sounds just awesome. Sorry no pics or vids yet because im about to be late for work lol. BTW my whole car flexes, back doors, windshield. only on a punch 500.2 amp also! im very satisfied
