Im building a new box, and need to know what to use on the corners, like screws, or silicon, or caulk or what? thanks

what is the difference in silicon and caulk?? I didnt know one existed. Just because i dont have clamps i use titebond II, screw, wait a minute and then run a bead of caulk down the seam and move on.

Let it dry overnight, so the glue fully cures, then caulk or silicone the inside seams...
