<-- Yes, that's me.
So, not for me, but I'm believing this'd be a nice starting system for someone on a budget here - i.e., a friend of mine. Comments welcomed.

Hifonics TXI-4408 Amplifier - front two channels to the comps, rear two bridged to the sub. Gains down on the rear two channels slightly. ($100 at pawn shop)

Entry level SQ system methinks. Minus wiring, $260, an HU in the pawn shop, at least a reliable one, would add $50 onto the cost or so. Wiring another $30-40, so a decent system for an overall cost of about $350. For him, only $300. Thoughts?
