Budget System Help !

I'm going to be building a new system, and i have some questions as to what people would recommend.

I'm building a budget system for under $350-$375, the other 25-50 or so will go towards a box & i'm gunna build that.

I want a mono or 2chan to run my 2 12s.

What i have so far is... either

Visionik 2400w

or

MA Audio 1000w Amp

For my subs, i havn't decided but i've been looking at..

12" 1200w MA Audio

Open to suggestions, i'm really excited for my new build. and wanna get the best POUND.
