Budget system help

A female friend called me last night saying she needs speakers. She has a 1996 Toyota Avalon xls. Crutchfield says she has 4" coaxil cardomain says 5 1/4. Which ever is in there is in the front and rear doors. Should she go components in the front doors, Mid bass in back doors and a single 10-12" sub in the trunk. Or 2 or 3 ways in booth doors plus a sub. This will be a SQ system with a single sub tuned low 28-32 or sealed.

what im thinking, give opinions:

i have the pioneer subs see my sig and they do a great job for what they cost and get plenty loud and rattle the sh*t out of my truck i could of got better subs but i didint have 1200 dollars laying around

the XS-L100P5W's are sweet for the price, I got 2 in my hatch in a sealed box and they hit hard.

I would go with components(i recommend crystals by the way, they're the best i've heard) in the doors and mid bass(perhaps matching series crystals) in the middle between the front and subs......

$200 - Memphis MCH3004 or similar (friend got his 3004 for $200 on ebay and it looked brand new)

$100 - Image Dynamics IDQ 10" (cheaper if used)

My vote is for the OZ stuff. But I have never used the Vector sub. I was going to put that in my wife's car, but then decided to get the ME instead.

BTW.. I can get the OZ stuff for a very competitive price.

do you have reason to suspect she will actually care what they sound like?

most people couldn't tell the difference between a $20 set of panasonic 3-ways and a $400 set of diamonds

not saying that she wont care cause she's a girl, but MOST people could give a shit less
