Budget system - $500ish

I've already got a CD player and regular speakers. I'm pretty much looking for 2-12" inch subs and a good amp. I've been told JL W3's are really nice but I can't seem to find anywhere with them for less than $190. If you guys could help out, I'd appreciate it. I'm new to the whole car audio deal so I'm just trying to find out what's out there and get a nice setup. Thanks

I've heard the old model Arsenals, but not the new ones. They are very clean and loud, definitely some of the best budget subs out there.

I see that people really like their amps. I asked a friend who does sound systems about them and he's never heard of cadence. He does competition stuff. Are they good?
