Budget Friendly Gear: My List, AND yours

OK, so not EVERYONE and their brother has the $$ to buy the best equipment for their car...and some of us (like myself), prefer to buy NEW stuff..not used.

I am on a VERY tight budget at the moment, I had to sell my Mb Quart and my Lanzar mono, which, by the way sounded amazing.

I did the brakes on Njaykaplan's Mark VIII and in exchange he gave me a beat to hell Alpine MRD-M300, but it works! So I already have an amp, so I need a sub. Budget was around $50 shipped, something I have heard before and knew was good, that would provide decent output and be very efficient, while still sounding nice and accurate. I decided on the Infinity Reference 12", which I linked too.. My previous sub was the Mb Quart that is also linked..

So, basically I picked up BNIB decent sub, from an authorized dealer, with a 1 year warranty, with no questions asked 30 day return policy, for $66 shipped to my door. AND, it will match up with my amp perfectly. *right click, add to cart*

OK, never actually tried these yet, but I'll take your word for them. I plan on running them active, and I only plan on using the mids, not the highs. I have my expectations set high with these bad boys.

Buddy has one of these, absolutely LOVES it. He says it owns his older Optidrive, and for the price you cannot beat it.

I preferred this very inexpensive sub to an IDQ12V2 by a big margin. It sounds better than it has any right to. To think that I paid $30 for it on closeout at PE is astonishing.

Pg rsd. Great sounding sub,and can be had for about for under 100. 2 10s can be had for 100bux, which is one hell of a deal.

hows that mb quart amp. If i were to run an aq sdc2.5 off it would it be ok, just gives the amp a little headroom right? And is it clean efficient power that would make the sub work to potential?
