budget audio setup opinions

I have recently purchased a 98 audi a4 with the bose system stock in it. The front door speakers are 4" the rear doors are 3-1/2" and the rear deck are 6-1/2". It also comes stock with a small amp. After doing a little research I have come up with my proposed aftermarket setup since most of the stock speakers are blown. Please suggest what to do better/different, I am on a budget also.

Front-Polk audio DXi400 or boston acoustics s45

Rear-Polk audio DXi350 or boston acoustics s35

Speakers would be powered by stock amp (good decision?)

Rear Deck-2 kicker cvt 6.5" subs

Powered by-Boston acoustics GTA-400m

Head unit-Kenwood kdc-348u

Along with an amp wiring kit and speaker wire how do you think this will work for me?

system budget?

best for your buck.... new deck, comp speakers upfront, sub and 1 or 2 amps

rear speakers usually just screw up the sound quality due to acoustical problems

Fine plan except you want an amp on the speakers so you can get a high pass crossover on them. Plus, they'll sound better. You can't reuse the factory amp, and the head unit power sounds subpar.

Ok final post. I'm for sure getting the amp, head unit, and (4) door speakers. Would you guys go with 2 6.5" kickers in the rear deck. Or subs (either 2 10's, 12's, or 1 15) in the trunk with the rear deck left open to allow sound to go forward. Thanks.

i have no rear speakers and it sounds awesome. i took out the rear dash speakers, and it lets the bass vent into the cabin. my cars an Accord sedan.
