Hey guys, this is my first post here so if I am doing something wrong please let me know.
I am looking for a nice amplifier, a couple of 12" subwoofers, and good wiring for around $350-$400 (American) total. I have been looking around
eBay for things, but a lot of the low priced amps and speakers are very low end (Legacy, Sound Storm etc.) I did however come across a few good looking things, and I would like some input about them, or some alternatives. There is the Audiobahn A8002T 800w RMS 2 Channel amp. It looks pretty good for the money, but I do not know much about car audio. I have read about 50 reviews on the amp about 95% of them say that the amp "bumps", doesnt overheat, and is good for the money. Opinions on that amplifier anyone?
As for speakers, since I was looking into the Audiobahn amplifier, I was going to go with some Audiobahn subs as well. I found the Audiobahn AP12T, it is a bandpass box with two 12" Audiobahns in it. The speakers are 800w RMS each. Has anyone had any experience with these subwoofers? What would be better for the price, (I can get them for $170 with shipping.)
