Is your Accord a coupe or sedan? If it is a coupe I can tell you that you won't be able to get an amp under the seats. The air ducts for the rear actually come out from under the two front seats in the coupe leaving no room for anything under it. You will want to deaden it pretty well too. You will discover a lot of new rattles in it that weren't there before. But a great car nonetheless to start out with. What I had prior to my car now

The amp was mounted behind the rear seats. It's been there five years and never had a problem. Just a low entry level system but it hits good enough for me.

Oh ok. Yeah behind the seat is fine. That was where I had my amps mounted. Was nice cause on long trips I could just drop the back seat and didnt have to worry about overheating or anything. I drove from North Carolina 26 hours straight to Colorado and never cut out. I really miss my accord. I had an 08 coupe with the 6-6. Was a lot of fun. Now I got the kiddos and that's no bueno in the coupe

My favorites are PPI (specially Phantom), Alpine X-power and V-power series, Polk Audio.

PPI Phantom series or even consider a good used JL XD700/5. Both amps are small/compact class D and easy on your electrical.
