Budget $600: Recommend Me A Set Of Components

Alright here's the deal, I've got a $600 budget and I need a sound quality set of speakers for my 1991 cadillac sedan deville. I've been looking at the hertz mlk 165 and the morel hybrid ovation as well as the focal k2p's.

Germs are a decent set and are under 600$ by a fair amount. I recommend going for a set of the profi vanadiums for ~6-700$.

Funky pups in the doors, ultimate component set. Although the number of cars in existence to ever have had them are very few. Most cars are not badass enough to handle the pups but here is a fairly complete list of cars known to hold the pups Mr Fox had a pair in his delorean in back to the future. A pair were installed in the challenger used in vanishing point as well as. Connery had used a pair in for Russia with love in the Bentley and it is also rumored that Captain Packard has a pair on the enterprise (only 1 pair obviously) The titanic obviously had bose.

I would vote Dyn. If you can push the budget a bit, go 3-way. I doubt you will look back.

eh, passive 3 way... Too many speakers with too little control IMO.

I would go with the MLK165's or the Dynaudio 6.5"s

I got a set of zapco 5.25s for 250 shipped. But if you need 6.5s I would suggest the Dyns. I have heard them myself and they sound wonderful.

yea that sounds good, I'm leaning with the hertz mlk 165's though, and $600 is my budget just for the components, they'll be running of an arc audio ks 300.4.
