Polk Componets yay or nay

I want to run them 3-way with these Ed 6.5s for midbass

All this would be going in a 1996 grand prix 2 door coupe,http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Czc4cgX_yWM

I would have 2 sets of comps one for front one for back with 2 of the 6.5" eDs in the doors running off of the sub channel at 2 ohms getting 600 watts rms and they would run the bass from 80 all the way to 250hz with the sub (15" Re mt off 1500watts) playing the low stuff

Ihave some polk coax right now, I have been pretty please with them so far, I enjoy the crisp highs they put out, but i will be replacing them with ID ctx65c comps.

I hear lots of goods about the ID's

If not that i would prob go with morel or those polks. I like the polk tweets.

So my vote is yay.

i had some polk momos back in the day and they sounded nice and crisp. now im running focal and imo the focals are 10x clearer

Im sure of that but this all this will look good together the way i wanna do it, I wanna know will it sound good too, if so Ill do it this way

I lost interest in Polk car speakers after DEI took them over.

Get the new mobile monitor series component that took the place of the momo's they sound much better this year. They have alot of the sr series technology in them for better sound quality. I just put one of the new mobile monitor series subwoofers in my ride and i'm here to tell you it's off the chain.

Get the polks. You won't be dissapointed at all. Polk makes amazing products!!! Especially that new line due to all the technology they stole from their flagship line. They are almost identical. It's going to be a very nice setup when your done.
