Bucket list build.

Hi , I'm new to the online scene. Please be patient with me . Thanks in advance .I have built several audio systems over the last 25 years . The last 20 years (in May) I have been running a kicker 500ss a/b 2 channel . It has put down or worn out 4 sets of subs and is still up for a challenge . I don't think it will be powering my new SD zv4's . I'd like to try a t-line ... or maybe I'm dreaming . I've been reading some of the post on the forum and I really like the honest feed back . I might be in over my head with these monsters (zv4's) .

250x2@4Ω or 425x2@2Ω or 850x1@4Ω rated power by the manual . The test burn sheet that came with the amp from stillwater showed 997@4Ω 1 channel . That was big power in 1996 .

I picked up 2 15"zv4 d1's for a good price 2 days ago . So now I need to upgrade all electrical to support a new amp or amps . I am considering (2) IA20.1's @ .5Ω . I would love a NS1 .

I plan on taking my time and if it takes me 12 months all is good . I would be happy with a 2500w daily and if i can pull it into a lane and throw 5000w at it once or twice . I don't have to win I have always wanted to try it . I have never built a 1/4 wave t-line but what I have read about it perks my ears up . All recommended advice will be greatly appreciated.

06 4runner. My math is probably wrong but I came up with twin chambers folded 8ft long for 35hz , 8.75ft long for 32hz total cubes under 12 . Still trying to prove my math .

Not all T lines are the same. Theres many different variations of T lines. What you are thinking about is just the standard T line.
Well I know that there the tapered horn and etc but I though we're all fairly large and had some size over ported boxes

Has anyone ever heard a t-line with a sub over 500w ? I am worried it will sound like a train whistle or a fog horn with 1500w or more .
