Bring back the CA.com FORUM REP SYSTEM!

I was just thinking that it would be good to bring back the rep system. This would not be done in ALL FORUMS, solely the BUYER/SELLER section of the forum. It would do a few things...

1) Help defer people from dealing with past scammers, idiots, and people that should generally be stayed away from.

2) Give a a system to separate the awesome classified sellers from the mediocre (ie: those who ship fast and describe well vs. those who ship stuff when they want)

3) Help defer FUTURE scammers

NOTICE: This would only be in the BUYER/SELLER forum. If you make a post, you can choose a user to rep from a drop down box (sort of like when you PM someone, you can start typing their name and all of those who match the letters you typed show up in the box).

The person repping would choose options from a box, like if they were the buyer or seller.

You could then rep that user, or maybe use a star-system sort of like eBay uses now. 1-5 stars for "as described", "shipping time", "communication", "would deal with again"

Then, a small box could be added under each user's post which shows classified section's reps. That way this wouldn't make the rep system go out of control like last time for general postings when you could rep anyone for any post.

Discussion? I think this is a step in the right direction to deferring repeat scammers on this site. I've seen similar things on other forums, but those forums are generally smaller. It will work if implemented correctly.
