What is wrong with my PS3?

Hey guys,

My PS3 has been acting up lately, when I'm playing online COD4 per example my guy freezees a lot and I don't see the enemies until they are right in front of me and when I'm able to see them from a short distance I shoot them my whole magazine and I don't kill them, but when I see the replay it shows clearly how they shot me at a normal speed.

This is really frustrating guys. Can somebody what's wrong with this sh!t ?

Yeah, also when I browse the internet the websites freeze and I can't even close them or shutdown the system.

If somebody is stealing my internet how can I fix/stop that ?
